Siebel Performance team
member :- 1. Looking for Siebel functional consultant/BA/SME
having 5+ years of experience. 2. Should have good amount of experience &
expertise in Siebel Sales, Service and Marketing. Siebel Modules listed:- a) Call Center b) Install Base
Management c) Service Contract Entitlements d) Product Management e)Customer
Management f) Forecasting & Analytics g) Contact Management e) Opportunity
Management f) Sales Activities g) Territory Management h) Campaign Management 3. Thorough understanding of CRM landscape /
Architecture 4. Experience in reviewing high level design and
corresponding test scripts (Data conversion design, Report Design and
corresponding system test scripts) 5. Experience in Reviewing Low level design, code
review checklist and unit test script. 6. Should have good hands on experience in SQL/XML
knowledge using associated tools. 7. Involved in Siebel Upgrades/Releases/Implementation
(at least 2 full life cycles) 8. Siebel Certification- 7.7 (Core Consultant/Business
Analyst) – Desirable 9. Good at client/team communication and excellent
verbal/written communication. 10. Quick learner and ability to handle pressure. 11. Should be a mentor of testing team with regards to
the Siebel functionality and will be the first point of contact to the
testing team to solve the functional queries. 12. Should be able to do a first cut analysis of
functional/technical defects/issues and communicate the analysis to the
concerned support teams. |
